It served its purpose as a place to sleep while visiting a friend. The room seemed clean enough. The reception staff welcomed me in the early morning even though the office was closed. Generally friendly staff. However, there was an overwhelming cigarette smell in the room. The reception is not 24/7 as listed on Booking, so I suggest updating that to avoid confusion like mine. It was too expensive for what it offers.

We loved the spot right next to supermarkets, malls, and just a stone’s throw from the Sampierdarena train station; the staff were very welcoming, the neighborhood was calm and not too noisy, breakfast was nice and friendly, and the rooms came with a fridge, TV, and Wi‑Fi. However, there was no room‑service, the shower was inconvenient, and my daughter didn’t get any cappuccino or chocolate milk.

The staff who welcomed me were courteous, and the bathroom and room were pretty decent overall. However, the breakfast was just a coffee with pods and toast or packaged cakes, which isn’t really breakfast. They also told me there wasn’t anyone on duty 24/7 and gave me a code to re‑enter the night, and the room wasn’t cleaned after the first night. If I’d known this beforehand, there would have been no issues; I had expected more.
