The variety, freshness, and preparation of the dishes were impressive—everything was delicious, from fruits to vegetables, with comfortable loungers, a large well‑designed pool, comfy bedding, and well‑arranged rooms. A bit more attention to housekeeping would be appreciated (cigarette butts or papers on the lawns, full ashtrays, glasses and plates left near the pool in the morning). The staff were mostly excellent, though some fell below expectations, but overall the majority were top.

“Tolles All-In Strandferien um den Sommer zu verlängern.”

We spent a fantastic week at the resort; the grounds felt huge yet still family‑friendly, the food was excellent—especially the breakfast selection—and we liked the sea‑view room on the first floor. The beach was clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the massages were great, offering good value. Our teen spent almost every day with the animation team and would book again. The bed was too hard for the three of us, so it took us three days to get used to it. We slept with the balcony door open and the music from the neighboring hotel usually played until 3 am, but fortunately it stopped before midnight.

“Abituata ai 5 stelle per noi questo è un 4 stelle bello!”

RISTORAZIONE: Punto a favore: Cibo buono, non speziato. La sala principale è molto bella. Si puó mangiare anche in un chiosco vicino alla piscina. Si possono prenotare due ristoranti a scelta tra tunisino, italiano e pesce. Il piú buono senza dubbio pesce! Consiglio personale: dovrebbero variare di piú la scelta delle pietanze perchè finisce essere sempre la stessa cosa proposta. CAMERE: Punto a favore: Molto grandi, moderne, con tv e frigo che viene sempre riempito con bevande varie es incluso. Gli asciugamani vengono cambiati ogni giorno e ci hanno anche cambiato il letto 2 volte. Consiglio personale: essendoci molte camere il personale di pulizia comincia presto le pulizie, se non ti ricordi di mettere il cartello fuori che dormi, alle 8:00 vengono a bussare. capisco ma in vacanza io vorrei dormire tranquilla almeno fino alle 9:30. E soprattutto: i materassi sono scomodissimi!!! I cuscini pessimi! Ce ne andiamo col mal di schiena! RECEPTION: Punto a favore: Molto cordiali, pronti a qualsiasi richiesta Consiglio personale: avevo inviato dei messaggi alla struttura prima del mio arrivo e non mi hanno mai risposto. PISCINA: Punto a favore: grande e al centro di tutto, e un’altra piscina con idromassaggio. Consiglio personale: sarebbe meglio piu calda perchè è fredda SPIAGGIA: Punto a favore: bello che i lettini siano ben distanziati uno dall’altro, spiaggia bella. Consiglio personale: qualche lettino in piú perchè essendoci molta gente potresti non trovare posto… ANIMAZIONE: Punto a favore: c’e l’animazione per tutti, non è previsto solo per chi prenota con l’agenzia. Fanno acqua gym, danza gym, freccette, bocce, pallavolo… e spettacoli la sera! Consiglio: Nessuno! Top! SPA: Punto a favore: bellissima, massaggi incredibili, vi consiglio la massaggiatrice Algira, davvero brava, ti fa vivere un sogno. Tantissimi servizi proposti in questa spa. Consiglio: prenotate con anticipo perchè essendoci molta gente sono spesso pieni

“Super”

Personnel accueillant, serviable et à l’écoute Imen +++++. Pour ceux qui ne consomme pas d’alcool, servir de l’eau dans des gobelets ou un verre de bière a été servie était dérangeant (l’odeur)
