April, the manager, was the best. The only downside was the location.

AWFUL. Don’t stay here. As soon as you pull out of your car you’re hit with cigarette smoke, and the lobby is no better. We booked online that morning, but the front desk lady couldn’t locate our room, had to call her boss, and then gave us a different room while saying “sorry for the wait, we’re almost out of rooms and you didn’t have one.” I told her I’d booked it that morning and she replied, “next time you need to call and tell us you booked so we can give you a room or we can run out of them.” Isn’t that your job? We parked, walked to the gate, and found the room surrounded by homeless people. Inside, the room still smelled of cigarette smoke (our booking was a NON‑SMOKING ROOM; I have a 4‑ and 2‑year‑old). There were large stains on the carpet, a hole in the shower ceiling, an old dirty rag on the toilet, a broken and dented screen on the window, and a leaning, dented gate that let outsiders in. We stayed for only five minutes because we felt unsafe and unsanitary, returned the key, and had to pay $250 at another hotel. Absolutely everything was terrible. The hotel shouldn’t even be open.

The receptionist was friendly, but the hotel was very dirty and smelled bad. I had to leave and change hotels because I couldn’t stand the odor; there were plenty of hairs in the shower area, crumbs on the floor, and no soap or shampoo—basic hotel necessities. Unfortunately, it took me about 40 minutes to decide, so they couldn’t refund me, which I understand.
