The view of the rocks and the sea in Polignano was incredible, and the staff, especially Leila, handled our arrival and departure with a smile. The air conditioning felt a bit outdated.

The location was amazing—so central to everything. Leila and her team were welcoming and helpful, even sending a rickshaw from the parking area to haul our bags; the driver was funny and delightful. The rooftop bar was fantastic and the food was wonderful, though the room felt too small for the three large bags we had.

The location was great, with a balcony and breakfast that offered a view of the beach; one of the staff members, Leila, was very friendly and helpful, taking care of everything we needed and giving excellent recommendations. The room was adequately sized and well maintained. Breakfast could have had more variety, though the quality was good, and the rest of the team fell slightly short.

Leila’s attention was 10/10. The location was excellent and the restaurant great! We stayed in the basement room; I was worried about feeling claustrophobic, but it was well lit with high ceilings. The only issue was the air conditioning, which didn’t provide enough airflow and didn’t cool enough.
