The pool was good, and overall the hotel was decent, but the staff woke us up and their service was lacking.

The inside pool was nice, but the app claimed breakfast was included; at check‑in we were told our booking didn’t include it and that booking directly through the hotel website would have included it—this false advertising made the price too high for the night, and I only stayed because I expected breakfast. The room needs a refrigerator, microwave, trash bin, and the parking lot is 10 minutes away, so we had to pay for a taxi to return to the hotel.

The hotel is centrally located and the rooms are comfortable, but the pool water is regularly cold.

The hotel’s comfort and location were great, but the Wi‑Fi signal drops as soon as you leave the room, and every time you head to the pool you have to ask reception for a password to get coverage; the TV signal was awful and never fixed, constantly cutting out.
