“Great location.”

The spot was close to bars, restaurants, and the market, which made it a bit noisy at night; the owner quickly answered a hot‑water issue. The outside terrace on the flat roof wasn’t obvious from the description, and the stairs up were hard for anyone with mobility problems; the first morning I woke up, there was no hot water in the shower—perhaps because the flat downstairs was occupied that day and the residents used all the water early on, but the owner replied fast. Wi‑Fi was mostly fine but dropped a couple of times.

“Handy with the distances to everything of interest, a bit restricted in spaces”

The location was very close to the waterfront and markets; the kitchen was nice and had most appliances needed, and the bed was comfy. The host was accommodating and helped with baggage, but the toilet was uncomfortable to sit on and the bathroom was too small; shower heat was inconsistent. The bedroom was a bit small and windows were only in the bathroom and kitchen. The advertised terrace was basically unusable—steep stairs are a feature in Olhão terraces, but this was a different level of hazard.

Great location, the place was very clean and well equipped; Agusto was a perfect host and gave a complimentary bottle of wine.

“Ótima localização”

The apartment was very well located, clean, and had all necessary amenities; the owners were kind in leaving a welcome note. A slightly larger fridge would be useful.
