A pleasant surprise. We had a great stay; the property was very clean and welcoming, fully equipped. The location in Prati was very convenient, just a short walk from the Vatican and a 1 km walk to the A metro stop. Marco supplied all the information the night before our arrival and was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Now we know exactly where to stay whenever we come to Rome. We didn’t find any negatives.

Located in a very quiet area, about ten minutes on foot to Ottaviano metro. The host was very sunny and welcoming, always available via WhatsApp or phone. The property sits on floor -1, so it’s a bit damp and not very bright. It’s quite barebones, clean but with worn furnishings in the room/shower. It’s perfect for a passing stay, but for a few extra days I’d want a bit more comfort.

Staff were accommodating. The rooms were in the basement.

No positives. The room photo was highly misleading. The building was in disrepair. The drywall walls between rooms made it feel like everyone was all together passionately.
