Nothing to like. As soon as we stepped in, the road repair crew couldn’t take us to the destination. The water was broken (especially the water here was unsanitary, causing us skin problems). The floor was squeaky and sticky like Hanoi’s monsoon season, never seen such squeaks. The bathroom door lock was broken. The toilet odor was nauseating. I advise people not to use the hotel towels as they seem unsafe. The tap was sometimes on, sometimes off. The air conditioner was weak, not cool. Even at 18 °C it felt like a desert. The fan was broken to the point the electrician shook his head in despair. The hair dryer looked like it was from Napoleon’s era, it exploded and caused a power outage for the whole floor. The fridge was early retired or just not cool at all. The yellow‑tinted bed frame was awful, never seen. At night we couldn’t sleep peacefully, many strange noises interrupted our rest. On the wall was a rule board stating check‑out at 12:30 PM, but we left at 12:29 PM and the staff told us we were late and added a 200 k surcharge; we argued, but the staff behaved poorly because we were students and didn’t want to fight, so we paid an unfair amount. I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. However, I was a bit disappointed that the hotel didn't offer any services in Vietnamese, which would have been a nice touch for guests who don't speak the language.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and my overall experience was quite satisfactory. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. However, I did notice that the hotel's amenities were somewhat limited, which might be a drawback for some guests. Despite this, I still managed to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
