The unit sits in a prime area with easy access, making it simple to get around. Both bedrooms are generously sized, and the kitchen and living room are impressively spacious for relaxing or hosting. With the right attention, this could easily be a five‑star rental. However, basic maintenance and oversight are lacking. A wall outlet in the secondary bedroom is missing its faceplate, posing a shock hazard. The bathroom door handle/lock is broken and has been replaced with an ill‑fitting aftermarket slide bolt. The shower valve is broken, preventing switching between the hand wand and the showerhead. The shower grout needs deep cleaning to remove mold, and the tile floors in the bathroom are quite slippery; adding grab bars would greatly improve safety. The secondary bedroom AC is underperforming and has no remote. In the living room, the TV wouldn’t connect to Wi‑Fi, and despite texting the contact, no resolution was offered. In the master bedroom, I had to use my own personal Netflix account to watch anything, using a remote with dying batteries that were never replaced during my stay. We had to wait for the on‑site contact to arrive and unlock the unit; a simple pre‑arrival check would have ensured the unit was accessible and all systems (AC, TV, and batteries) were functional before we walked through the door. I hate posting a negative review, but I believe in stating the facts so readers can decide for themselves.
The place was exactly as shown in the pictures, comfortable to stay at and accessible.

The location was great, but the CCTV was pointed at the door instead of elsewhere, which felt like a privacy breach. The owner acted quickly to fix the issue.

It is fine. The location is perfect and the staff were generally very helpful. The host gave us the wrong address! The mats of the toilet and bathroom were dirty, used from a previous guest, and the toilet itself was dirty. The A/C in the big room was too noisy.

The spot is spot on, right in front of SM Megamall, which made getting around a breeze. The downside was a CCTV camera inside the room that felt like it was watching us all the time.
