The hotel is very well located relative to the international airport (8 min by taxi). A bus stop is in front of the hotel and it’s 2 km from the train station. The neighborhood is very quiet. The breakfast buffet is varied and very good. The bedding quality is fabulous. The staff are extremely helpful and competent. You can also leave your bag or suitcase after check‑out if you have a late flight. The pool could be heated.

The staff are very attentive. The room is spectacular, an attic apartment, very large with a terrace. Good breakfast. Very well situated between the train station coming from Samarcanda and the international airport, so it’s a great option for tourists. The area feels safe, but it’s ugly, isolated and offers no alternatives except taking a taxi to a more central zone. We chose it for the spa because it was our last day in the country after 8 days on the road and we wanted to relax. The pool water was cold, the jacuzzi was off, the saunas were lukewarm—quite a disappointment, honestly.

A new, modern hotel, clean and beautiful. Large rooms. The staff are friendly and ready to help at any time. Breakfasts are varied and hearty. The spa was very enjoyable after daytime excursions, a great place to unwind. A lovely courtyard where you can sit in the evening after walks. The double bed had two mattresses that spread apart in different directions while sleeping. Otherwise everything is fine.

It’s great that there’s a pool, hammam, and sauna. The room is good—spacious and comfortable. Everything smells nice except the shower. The hammam is crazy, but I liked how it steamed. You can’t sit for long, but you can swim in the pool. The pool is otherwise cold; the water isn’t heated. The spa is quite small, though the gym is usually nicer. It feels a bit dirty and rough. But the room itself has no complaints, and the sheets, pillows, and everything else are all excellent.
