Everyone on the staff was friendly, the check‑in arrived early and the whole process was smooth. However, the water wasn’t warm when we needed it, and the view of the city from the back was disappointing.

The overall stay experience was somewhat lacking. Nik was a problem.

The only thing I liked was the food and the staff at the restaurant. The bathroom was dirty and tiny with a terrible drainage system; toiletries and water weren’t refilled until I asked. Breakfast was advertised for a specific price, but the reception charged me double; when I showed them the price list they said they’d fix it on my next booking, then immediately raised the price again, so the advertised price was false. I still paid more than I was supposed to.

The location is good. The bathroom fittings weren’t working, there was no hand wash in the bathroom, and the restaurant couldn’t handle food properly.
