I paid in advance before arriving and was asked to pay again, as if this is a common occurrence; I now have to try to get my money back.

I liked the location, the IGA and laundromat were within walking distance, and the staff were helpful, but the TV in the bedroom and the communal lounge didn't work, the pillows were below average, and the mattress felt hard.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and a new staff member had just started, which could improve things compared to earlier comments. However, the first room I was offered was not cleaned, ROOM 4 advertised A/cond on the web but had no A/Cond, and I have stayed there mainly with staff who have been there for over 10 years, hoping it will improve, as I have previously enjoyed it.
