The only professional staff was the receptionist named Abdelwahab. The place wasn’t clean, the food was horrible, most of the staff were unfriendly and unprofessional; 3 stars is far too high for this hotel.

Beach area. Rooms cold and drafty, poor condition of room facilities, no pool view because of trees, which we paid extra for. Food choice not great, bar area external with no interior warm areas to sit and enjoy. Bar area very noisy until early hours 0230 some nights. Music played around pool area very loud and suitable for only young teenagers. Paid for room upgrade but items which should have been included was not there eg mini bar, pool view bigger room, satalite TV. Our room was exactly like all other rooms but cost me a lot extra, manager disagreed and offered us a free meal although we were AI !!! Will not be going back thats a definite

The place had everything I needed, but the security staff were intrusive and unsettling, and the food was disappointing—everything was cold and the soup tasted like water.
