Located 35 km from Thessaloniki's city centre and 25 km from Macedonia Airport, Secret Paradise Hotel & Spa offers stunning views of Thermaikos Gulf from its roof garden. The hotel is situated 50 metres from Nea Kallikratia's beach and features a fitness room, spa, and bar. Rooms offer Aegean Sea and Mount Olympus views, with amenities including satellite TV and minibar.

The hotel generally meets a good standard, the breakfast was good (except for the coffee) and there was a secured parking lot. However, the property doesn’t impress in terms of location, the pool, or the facilities. The rooms are renovated, but the building itself is extremely noisy. From most floors you can’t see the sea, only the hill between the beach and the hotel. The “SPA” is tiny and not worth the extra charge.

The breakfast was fine. The reception staff were arrogant, rude, unprofessional, lacking empathy toward guests, and treated us as if we were staying for free. I asked for a room change, and they told me in an arrogant tone that it wasn’t possible. The hotel was three‑quarters empty. I had to pay an additional 18 euros to switch rooms. The key card for the room didn’t work, so I had to go back to reception and ask another employee to give me a new one. This is the fourth time I’ve stayed at this hotel, and it will be the last.

The location was good, the breakfast was fine, and the room met our needs. The hotel has its own parking. The SPA hours, from 11 to 19 or 11 to 20, were too short for us. We’d like to receive advance details about services so we can plan our stay.
