The staff are very kind and helpful, following you at every step and always available. The location is great, the accommodation is practical and cute. Highly recommended! No negative notes.

The location is definitely the highlight, just a few meters from the excavations and the center, and we almost forgot the transport. The only thing I want to mention is the room we stayed in: it’s clean and welcoming but a bit “stale” in the sense of being painted cheaply. It could definitely be improved to match the excellent hospitality; the bathroom is a bit old-fashioned but still clean.

The flight was delayed by 4 hours and the staff arranged a cheap transfer for us even though we landed at 00:30! Absolutely amazing and saved our whole holiday, thank you so much.

The self‑check‑in worked well, and I liked having a bottle of water in the fridge and some breakfast items in the room. The location is very close to the city centre. However, the room and bathroom clearly need a renovation; it was warm when we arrived, and we had to replace the air‑con batteries with the TV ones. The fixtures were old and rusty in many places, the shower head was cracked and needed a deeper clean. The mattress and pillows were not very comfortable and there was no soundproofing. Maybe we were just unlucky to get such a room compared to the nicer ones shown in the photos.
