The staff were very helpful, the room was larger and more comfortable than the pictures suggested, and the bed was amazing—so comfortable I had a great morning. Being on the top floor, the view was beautiful. When I added breakfast, I tried zunda mochi for the first time and it was incredibly delicious!

The staff were very good. I arrived early and they greeted me with smiles and checked me in without hesitation. There was no noise from other guests, so I could enjoy a pleasant stay. The only downside was the smell coming from the pillows.

The room was huge, and the view from the window showed a tiny courtyard; thank you for putting me in that spot. The single bed was massive and comfy, so I slept soundly every night! The hotel is close to the East Exit, and nearby restaurants, a convenience store, and a supermarket make shopping easy. Walking along the Yodobashi Sky Bridge toward the hotel, you can stop at Lopia first. There’s a shared bike right by the entrance, perfect for strolling around the East Exit to see the cherry blossoms. A gashapon machine at the gate gives a little daily gamble each time I return to the hotel. The only downside was the lack of a self‑service laundry machine (there is a laundry service, but it’s a bit inconvenient for a multi‑day trip).
