I liked the balcony and the parking, but the bedding was too thin and the duvet was insufficient for two people. The bathroom, and therefore the room, strongly smelled of sewer back‑ups, which was unpleasant. The insulation was poor; not only did the neighbors slam doors and talk loudly in the corridors at 23:30, but we also heard the neighbor’s bathroom use (shower water and toilet water).
