Bisbee Grand Hotel, Saloon, and Music Venue

“Beware loud bands.”

The location is great. Right on Main Street walking distance to everything. I’ve been staying at this property for about 20 years and I can tell you that there have been no upgrades or updates to it in that time. Frankly, it is worn and shabby. All of which I could’ve handled except for the heavy metal band contest that went on downstairs that made staying there absolutely untenable. We left at about 830 the first night and didn’t return for the second night

“Disappointing Festival. Great for bar crawling - not good for a Family.”

I liked that it was a historical building on Main Street, but the hotel didn't serve breakfast (it used to, according to online info). Also, there were very few nearby dinner options on a Friday night and during a “Festival Weekend.”

“Pleasant. They did provide ear plugs, which helped”

The hotel is very nice and period‑style, but the walls are extremely thin and a band played into the night—be aware of that possibility.

The location, all the information, and the help in letting us know what to do were great, and the room was good. However, we couldn't find the staff; when we went to the balcony, the staff were with their friends and family. The reason we came for the 4 h of July and the races was that guests should have the balcony first. We paid for the room.

Nothing! No staff, had to wait for the bar to open at 4 a.m. to get our key. The toilet didn't flush and we couldn't get ice until the bar opened. A total waste of $150. I just came from a Tucson hotel that cost $70, which was beautiful, clean, and had a great pool with lounge chairs—so disappointing to find this Bisbee hotel so bad for such a high price. Will never go back.
