We had a pretty rough start at this place. The first room we were given had a wet floor, which was a bit of a shock. To make matters worse, the staff seemed pretty unfriendly and we had to ask for towels because they weren't provided in the room. And to top it all off, the shower was freezing cold. Not exactly the warm welcome we were expecting.

The hotel was a great value for the price, but unfortunately, the restaurant was pretty basic and didn't even serve any alcohol. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to a drink after a long day.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a bit of a disaster. We had to ask for hot water and a functioning shower, and even then, it was only available for an hour at a time. There was no electric kettle in the room, and the toilet seat was loose and damaged. It was a real shame, as the hotel had a lot of potential.

The hot water situation was a bit of a mixed bag - it was either scorching or freezing, with no in-between. But despite that, the staff were super helpful and did their best to make up for it. They even offered to move us to a different room, which was a nice touch.

The hotel's exterior was really nice, and it's in a great location, but the room and facilities were a bit old and shabby, especially the electrical installation, which was pretty pitiful. It's a shame because the hotel's exterior had me expecting a lot more.
