Well‑situated relative to the airport and the staff are friendly. The bathrooms and common room could use some maintenance.
“Don't bother”
Nothing good. Rats ran across the ceiling with rat urine and poop coming through the lining, no bottled water available. Breakfast was advertised but none was provided. We were told to buy food when we got to the airport. The advertised airport shuttle does not exist. We had to arrange a taxi. The walls were paper‑thin bamboo ratten. Other staff were smoking and talking with a smell that came into my room. The room is right next to the main road. Hours and hours of not being able to sleep for the sounds of hundreds of loud exhaust scooters and trucks. Worst stay I have had anywhere in the world.
Spotlessly clean, the bed was super comfy, and the price was great for a short layover near the airport.

Nothing, except the staff who are friendly. No Wi‑Fi, the room has no window, and the air conditioning is terrible.
“Great stay close to the airport”
The owner and staff were fantastic; he even took us to a traditional village and a waterfall, and shared plenty about his organic farm project. The only downside was the street‑side noise in the room, though it calmed down at night.
