Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
The place was clean and spacious, quiet for sleeping, and the host was very friendly. I didn’t have a car, so that’s on me, but the nearest bus stop is a 20‑minute walk away.

The bed and room were comfortable, but there was no soap, shampoo, or body wash in the bathroom containers. I didn’t ask the host to replace them because I got home at 2 am, yet it’s reasonable to expect those supplies to be available at all times. Also, the listing says each room has a private bathroom, yet the bathroom for my room was in the hallway outside the bedroom, which felt misleading.

The room I stayed in was infested with bed bugs; another guest who arrived on my second night had to leave because of them, and I could see the bugs crawling on the bed. The owner mentioned this is his fourth report of bed bugs and that he still hasn't called pest control.

Julius place was very comfortable and close to everything you’d need, so I really enjoyed my stay here! Everything was great.
