Breakfast was very good, the location is great—10 minutes from the center (Plaza Democracia) and next to the Armenian market—and the staff is very helpful. The only downside was that the sheets were not clean and never changed during the four nights we stayed.

The place isn’t too far from the main streets, but the staff are untrained and rude, the cook can’t even boil an egg, and the rooms are small and dirty.

The hotel sits right near Yerevan’s center, close to a market and shopping centers, and feels cozy and comfortable with tasty food and friendly, attentive staff. Breakfast is included, but dinner isn’t; still, there are plenty of nearby eating spots and a basement bar. I didn’t drive, so I can’t comment on parking. Not every room has good soundproofing, but overall the hotel met my expectations.

The staff were polite, the place was clean, and the location was good.

The location is great for the price. The bed was broken, there was no soundproofing at all, and a lot of light leaked into the room in the morning.
