The location was good, but our room stayed very cold throughout the stay because there was no central heating, the shower water pressure was minimal, and there was some confusion at check‑in: we were told there would be a reception, but a few hours before arrival we were told to do self‑check‑in, and we ended up with two different room keys.

We felt warmly welcomed and the check‑in was effortless; breakfast was a treat and Beverley was a very attentive host, making it an excellent way to spend a visit to St Leonards in comfort.
