Wonderful experience at Ajaweed 3. The place is beautiful and tidy, and the best part is the warm reception, generosity, and care that makes you feel at home. A special thanks to Mr. Abu Zahra for his manners, taste, and hospitality; he is truly respectful and authentic, never falling short of anything. May God bless him. This is definitely an experience worth repeating and I highly recommend it.

“Dont fall for the rating, disappointing stay!”

The location disappointed me; the building sits on an older street over 50 years old that looked run‑down, and there’s no proper street parking. Inside, the flat had a persistent bad smell, especially in the kitchen and washroom. The ensuite bathroom was unusable: the drain was clogged, and the fixtures were rusty and leaking. The bedding seemed neat at first, but the sheets and pillows had a bad odor, so I had to spray perfume just to make the room tolerable. Overall, the photos look fine but the reality falls short; it’s not suitable for families. Don’t be fooled by the good rating—these reviews don’t seem genuine.

There are several shops within walking distance of the building, and the building itself is new and clean. We arrived around 3 PM, well after the standard 2 PM check‑in time, but our apartment wasn’t ready because the previous guest checked out late. Although promised by 4 PM, we didn’t get access until 4:30 PM. The kitchen lacked basic cooking facilities, and the items provided upon request were outdated and unusable. The bathroom had a severe drainage issue—running the shower for just 30 seconds caused flooding, and it took a few minutes to drain after turning off the water.
