“2 Nacht war deutlich besser”
The hotel’s location was good and the room on the second night was very spacious; on day two the staff were friendly and competent and the breakfast was decent for a US‑style spread. However, the Valley Parking Service was pricey despite plenty of cheaper, safe street‑side options nearby, we were given a room with a hole on the first night (even though we’d booked differently and later received a discount), and the night‑shift staff were at times incompetent and somewhat unfriendly.
