The hotel was clean and nice in the city center with all the needed amenities. There was no soundproofing at all; we could hear people talking in their rooms.

The hotel is new and clean, and the staff are very good. The breakfasts are tasty and varied, but there was a small issue with parking.

The receptionist was incredibly kind, but when I arrived I noticed my double room was very noisy. I asked for a quieter room, saying I came to sleep and silence is essential, but the hotel refused to swap rooms unless I paid the difference. The 5‑star hotel lacks an elevator (getting to the second floor with heavy luggage is hard) and has no private parking. The room’s soundproofing is terrible. Even though other rooms were available, the one assigned to me was objectively noisy because of nearby machinery, yet they didn’t offer a change at the same price. A room that noisy shouldn’t be sold; a hotel is mainly for rest.
