Very friendly staff, helpful and always went out of their way to help us. Warm showers (hard to get in Cusco). The only improvement would be a better headboard in the room; it was harder to read sitting up. But that’s a minor issue compared to the whole experience.

The location is very good, easily reaching Plaza de Armas and San Blas. The room is super clean, the bed comfortable, and the shower excellent. Breakfast is simple but everything is fresh. Special mention for Elmer’s efficient service, handling all requests quickly and kindly—he made a big difference in our stay. Receptionist Soledad also helped me a lot when I had altitude sickness.
The house, its location, and the staff handling service are wonderful.

Great location. The staff are polite, attentive, and always ready to help. We stayed in a suite on the entrance floor, which was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was basic and a bit cold, even though we had an electric oven.
