Unfortunately the worst hotel so far for me. Cleanliness, location, service. Not suitable for international guests.

I tested the massage chair on the rooftop, and the manager was friendly, spoke French, and gave great advice; I highly recommend it.

We received a warm welcome and our first night in Jordan couldn’t have been better; during Ramadan he arranged a delivery service that was delicious, and breakfast was excellent with a beautiful view from the rooftop terrace—thanks! Jerash exceeded our expectations, though the hot water ran out quickly.

They didn’t upgrade us, but the views were gorgeous; the staff were super friendly, the room was huge and clean.
