“All together it was great, the location the staff and the staff is volunteering to help before it is being asked.”

The location was great, and the follow‑up after the booking change was excellent. Mr. Fahad at reception was a huge help; his service was world‑class. The hot water in the bathroom was unreliable, and the basin drain didn’t work properly.

The location is good, near gate 79, the ladies’ section, and shops. We had breakfast there twice, and there was a nice variety of food.

The rooms were clean and fresh, but the housekeeping service was slow when I called to have dirty dishes removed.
