The location was great and the other guests we met were amazing, so we had a great connection. The staff, especially the managers, were rude and stole from us. We were overcharged and told we were not welcome to return after our stay (we stayed 5 weeks). The managers stole the tips we gave to the workers and we were overcharged by the duty manager who pocketed the money, so we were asked to pay again (obviously we didn't). Then the attitude towards all of us changed to bad. Great people, just be wary of the management.

The tent was spacious and the staff at Carmine Hotel met the expected standard.

Being on the rooftop and the view were the best parts; they also have a gym. The electricity was problematic and at night there was no light in the area.
