It’s one of the best places, right next to the sights you want in Mardin like the old bazaar and nice restaurants, and it’s even cooler knowing you’re staying in a 700‑year‑old building; if you drive, the parking isn’t the most convenient.

The room was huge and spacious with a traditional bathroom and a shower box; the hotel sits in a great spot where you can walk to the center in 10 minutes, and it’s also handy for parking in the alleys, and the staff kept us a parking spot and helped us with everything.

The staff were extremely helpful and courteous, the hotel is wonderfully beautiful and within walking distance of the main street yet stays away from the noise and bustle, and we slept wonderfully in the atmospheric room; the entrance is a bit tricky, and the GPS had a hard time finding it.
