The location is beautiful, amazing, and quiet.

The location is unbeatable, but the cleanliness is lacking: the bathrooms need ventilation, there’s no Dettol, and the room arrived dusty with cigarette smell even though it’s a non‑smoking floor; the lighting is very dim, the bed is uncomfortable, the food is poor and doesn’t justify the price, there are no family activities or child entertainment, and there’s no dedicated women’s pool.

The architecture is great, yet I received a dirty room after arriving two hours post‑booking and had to wait longer than expected.
