The room was clean. The staff were not very friendly. The message service was terrible, taking a long time. They called me in the room about three times to go to reception just to find a confirmation paper that wasn’t urgent. The balcony is not a private balcony to the beach; all rooms share the same balcony, so the view is nice but you can’t leave the curtains open because neighbors pass by and see everything inside. The pool area is fully covered, and next to it is the designated smoking area, so the pool area smells of smoke and the floor is dirty with cigarette butts and ash. Breakfast is basic and not very tasty, but acceptable. The shower temperature is inconsistent: at one point it’s lukewarm, then too hot, then cool again.
