The free shuttle, washer, and proximity to a major shopping center were great, and the new building was tidy. They supplied dish soap and laundry detergent, but kitchen supplies were minimal, so we didn’t cook and it was fine. On the downside, there were cookie crumbs on the sheets and no cable TV.

They provide complimentary airport transfers, which is ideal for early flights, but the extra bed for a child was very hard.

The location is excellent, with a large shopping mall across the street and a grab‑and‑go spot right in front; a Muay Thai studio is also nearby. Getting into the city takes only 10 minutes by car, and I walked an hour. The staff were fantastic, the pool was clean, and they offered dressing gowns, a microwave, a cooktop, a fridge, and a washing machine, though only a frypan, a spoon, and chopsticks were available, so cooking required extra purchases. The bed was the hardest I’ve slept on, even though I’ve stayed at many places, and I’d recommend earplugs for the nighttime AC noise; room 488 had the outside units right next to the single‑pane bedroom glass.

The hotel was very comfortable, especially suited for families with small apartments, and the pool was beautiful. The property was clean and the shower rooms were lovely. The location is close to the airport but a bit far from the old city, about a 15‑minute taxi ride.
