The location was very good and the rooms were spacious, and the bed was very comfortable, yet the office stayed shut from 10 am after breakfast until 3 pm for check‑in, and even when it was open the staff were absent, with the front desk closed and the attendant in the back; I had to ask for toilet paper and nobody was there to help, the ice machine was broken, the room was dark, and at 11 am there was no staff available for check‑out; there are better options nearby with the same location and more facilities.

Nothing good to mention, but the Jacuzzi tub didn’t work, the door locks were faulty, and there were holes in the curtains.

The building was old and both the room and office were congested; breakfast lacked protein, decaf coffee, and room coffee, yet the patio was nice.

The location is great and within easy walking distance of many dining options, the hotel is beautiful with excellent landscaping and garden seating, and the value for the price is amazing; however, the room had several minor maintenance issues—a missing trim tile over the spa tub, a small amount of mold behind the bathroom door, and minor rip/tear damage to the top of the curtain—and I only used the included breakfast once, which was very basic.
