We were absolutely delighted by this hotel; the facilities are beautiful, everything is clean and orderly, the food is excellent with plenty of variety, there's a yoga and meditation room right by the sea, and Mohamed at reception along with the pool staff were especially kind—definitely coming back.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, thanks to its warm and welcoming vibe. From the moment we arrived we felt right at home, and the staff—everyone from the waiter to the manager—were adorable, smiling, helpful, and attentive. We’ll definitely come back and highly recommend it!

I want to start by thanking the whole management team at MIA Dakhla, especially the Group General Manager, the hotel Director and all the supervisors, for their warm welcome, organization and attention to guests. A special shout‑out goes to Mr Othman, the Guest Relations manager, who made our stay truly outstanding; from day one he was present, always listening and ready to fulfill any request. His professionalism, sense of humour, kindness and constant smile really set the tone, and honestly it was largely because of him that we added five more nights to our booking! 👏 The restaurant staff also deserve high praise – Bilal, Abdelouahab, Hassan, Louay, Salima and the rest (sorry I can’t recall every name) were fantastic from start to finish, delivering service with friendliness, availability and cheerfulness. ❤️ I also appreciate Nouhaila, who was always pleasant, smiling and ready to help – a truly professional and endearing person. Finally, my biggest highlight was the hotel’s SPA. ✨ A huge thank you to Meryem for giving me the massage of my dreams; her gentle touch, mastery and professionalism were exceptional – probably the best massage I’ve ever had. I wholeheartedly recommend everyone take the time to try it, you won’t regret it! 🙏❤️ In the end, what makes a hotel truly exceptional isn’t just its setting, facilities or location, but the people who work there, and at MIA Dakhla we met a wonderful team that turned a simple stay into a real experience. No negatives to report.

The staff were very nice and supportive, but the wind brought sand into the room, and with the hotel right in the desert there should be more activities.
