The room was large, comfy, faced a canal with a seating area, and was spotless; walking to Guglie took 10 minutes from a water taxi at Marco Polo Airport and 15 minutes to San Marco, and the bus and train stations were within walking distance; we arrived late because of flight delays, but the hotel welcomed us and handled check‑in smoothly, and the little garden was a nice spot to relax; it would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities.

The room was excellent, big and very comfortable; the location is great because it’s next to the Vaporetto stop and there are shops and supermarkets within walking distance, and Stela was very friendly and gave us all the information we needed for our stay.

I thought the hotel could have been a lovely, quiet spot in a great location, but the garden was neglected, the kitchen was cluttered, and the trash never got taken out. My room was clean, basic, and offered a nice garden view, yet a few simple fixes would have made the place truly charming.
