Breakfast was very good, and the staff were eager to fulfill every request. The hotel was right on the ski slope and suited us perfectly. We recommend the cheese fondue for dinner at this hotel. The room was very small but sufficient for a 5‑day ski holiday, and the bathroom had no ventilation.

Breakfast was simple but good. On request, warm drinks and a bacon sandwich were provided. The kitchen was very good. The dinner quality was high. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location on the mountain was beautiful. Be mindful of the pickup and drop‑off times: in the morning around 8.10 am and in the afternoon around 17 o’clock. The car can be parked at Chalet Montdriond in the Les Crosets valley, after which you are taken to and from the hotel on the mountain by a Polaris buggy.

A great hotel. Located right on the slopes! Very friendly staff. Good food. It was very quiet, we were the only guests in late March. Perfect!

The breakfast was included and really good, and because the hotel sits up the piste I had to eat my evening meal there too—still very tasty with a decent variety. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The spot is right on the piste with amazing views all around, and the snowcat rides up and down were a blast! The resort is well known for its amount of ski runs, good snow cover, and weather—exactly what we needed for our trip. Hot water and central heating were fine, and the view from my room was great. The only downside was that the room lacked enough hooks for drying clothes, and a radiator in the shower would have helped; otherwise, these are just minor details.

The staff here are simply amazing, especially if you speak Spanish—right from the first minute they make you feel welcome. Being smack in the middle of the slope is unbeatable! The valley staff are also super helpful and friendly; they escort you and your luggage by snowcat to the hotel, take care of your car, and even offer a coffee while they sort everything out. The hotel restaurant is nice, with good food, and the atmosphere feels romantic and very private. The room feels a bit small and the whole second floor could use a refresh, but after a day on the slopes you hardly notice it.
