I stayed in room 3, which was very quiet, and also tried room 1, which was noisy but still quiet overall; the modern room was lovely, the bed comfortable, and the location ideal for Amalfi. No complaints.

The bed was especially comfortable and the cleaning lady was very pleasant and helpful when we asked for a place to leave our luggage a couple of hours after checkout. The location is ideal, close to the center and free of noise, with plenty of tables and chairs on the terrace. The pool is basically a pond, about 50 cm deep and without a purifier. The elevator is paid and there is no reception; codes are given via WhatsApp.

The location is very good, and the large rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi is a highlight. The shower water ran all over the floor.

The room was new and clean. The staff treatment was poor. The website says the hotel has a pool, but that is false; only some rooms have a pool, a detail not mentioned on the site. When I complained, I was not allowed to cancel the reservation (even though I was told much later about the booking) and no options were offered.
