The service is super attentive and friendly. The place is beautiful and feels 5 stars. The pools are wonderful. The entertainment—live music every evening—is great. Breakfast buffet is exceptional! Beware of the watches.

Its private beach, expansive pool area with bar, and elegant rooms—four‑poster beds, glass‑wall bathrooms, complimentary bathrobes—combine luxury and comfort. Dining spans international buffet, Mediterranean Il Melograno, and poolside cuisine. The rooftop Elixir Spa, sauna, gym, and nearby water‑sport facilities enhance the secluded, award‑winning experience.

The variety of restaurants, the helpful staff, and the swimming pool were all great, but the number of steps was a bit much.

The views were fantastic, the sea was crystal clear, the beach area was large, the pool was nice, the food was delicious and varied, and the grounds were spacious and clean. Two other chain hotels are nearby, so you can walk over and use their services freely. However, the hotel doesn't separate smokers from non‑smokers, so the rooms have a strong cigarette smell even with windows closed (they ask about smoking rooms when you book). The Wi‑Fi in the room is terrible and basically doesn’t work. Staff ignore your requests; you have to write or tell the reception five times and it still doesn’t help. The neighboring Corfu Imperial offers much better service; just pay a little more and stay there.

The location is stunning, the staff—especially Penelope—were very attentive, and the décor feels like the 1930s, making you feel like a Hercule Poirot character with modern comforts, quietness, and the shaded alleys and squares that resemble a retro Greek village. The pool is superb, the terrace of the main restaurant has dim lighting and an exceptional view of the peninsula, and the food is excellent both in the main restaurant and in the themed bars and restaurants. Thanks for a luxurious week of relaxation!

The pool is nice if you’re up early. The view from my upper‑room (room 111) looks out onto the restaurant roof—absolutely dreadful! The bathroom outlets are not up to code (the wall is broken). The bathroom towels feel outdated, the hangers are broken, there’s no shower—just a very slippery bathtub. Cleanliness is lacking, the food is disappointing, and the cocktails are awful (15.00 € for a glass of ice‑filled drink). The staff, especially at reception, are not pleasant at all—run far away!
