The bathroom includes a shower, an extra toilet, a hairdryer, free toiletries, towels, linen, a refrigerator, a microwave, a flat‑screen TV with cable channels, a desk, air‑conditioning and a carbon‑monoxide detector. The staff are noted as friendly, accommodating and professional.

Conveniently close to Stanford Hospital, the only issue was the street itself, not the property.
My room was on the back, so the only potential problem was already avoided; I’ll be back.
“The hotel staff were belpful and friendly, but the room needed repairs and replacements.”
Nothing was offered. The room door, AC, drapes, and bathroom wall all needed repair or replacement; the door was dirty and battered, the drapes had hanging strings, the AC worked but was rusty, and the bathroom wall had damage that had been painted over in a different color.

The staff were wonderful and very helpful, letting me store my bags while I shopped; it was a great bargain and the short bus ride to Stanford Theatre and Caltrain made it highly recommended, though there is no elevator.
“It would have been fine if I didn't need a shower. Parking sucks, but staff was friendly.”
The staff were friendly, kind, and attentive, but the shower was awful—water pressure ranged from freezing to boiling, the curtain was just a cloth that didn’t cover the whole entrance, and overall it was a nightmare.
