I chose this hotel again because of its location, which was the main reason for my selection. However, the place was filthy: sheets and towels were dirty and old, the staff refused to help with any complaints, the breakfast area wasn’t cleaned before the next guests arrived, and we ate on the crumbs left by previous customers. Rooms had dampness on the ceiling and walls, and the bathroom drainage smelled awful; I couldn’t believe what I was seeing.

Nothing good. The cleaning was terrible; even though we tipped them, they did nothing. They took our sheets and we asked several times for new ones, but nothing changed. In the middle of the night they told us we could fetch the sheets ourselves, and what we got wasn’t clean. Breakfast didn’t match the pictures at all, and there was no coffee or tea in the room. We’re very disappointed with the stay and the service.
