Convenient for the beach, but it was very dark and the bathroom needs upgrading. We booked the ground floor because my husband has breathing problems, yet when we arrived we were placed on the first floor.

The apartment is huge, functional, and a great choice, especially with its proximity to the beach. Nothing to complain about.

The location is fantastic—just next to the beach with cafes and mini‑markets nearby. The large apartments are surprisingly clean for India, and we had housekeeping every four days with a high standard of service. The staff were friendly and the owner was good; overall, I recommend this place. However, the honey jar contained a spoon of dirt, the Wi‑Fi was weak and unreliable in some rooms, and the mosquito nets were poor—just buy some cheap repellent to solve that.
