The staff were friendly and went the extra mile, even hooking us up with an extra modem when our internet hiccupped. Breakfast was solid, beds comfy, and the overall vibe was nice. But the uphill drive, mosquitoes, and poor ventilation made the rooms feel stuffy, and the cleaning left a lot to be desired – spider webs, dust, and even a drain smell. Still, the team’s attitude kept us happy, but the hotel needs a serious cleaning and maintenance upgrade.
