The spot was convenient, but the facilities were lacking.

The spot next to the castle was great, but they wouldn't let us have breakfast before 11 and mistakenly told us there was no place in the town, sending us to Úbeda; on top of that the room was very cold with no real heating in December in the mountains.

The hotel sits in an unbeatable spot, right by the Sabiote castle and the church; if you go in Christmas you must see the Nativity display in the church, it’s exceptional; the hotel has rustic décor, the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is superb; don’t bother looking for a place to eat in town, the hotel is the best spot to eat.

The girl who welcomed us was not very friendly, struggled to speak, and when we asked her a question she told us that the tourist office was next door.
