I was disappointed because the requests I made at the time of booking weren't fulfilled, especially since it was my husband's birthday.

The location, breakfast, and leisure area were all good, but the room had a lot of mold on both the walls and inside the room. I requested a room change, but the intercom didn’t work. When I asked the reception about switching rooms, they said it wasn’t possible because there were no vacant rooms, even though the rooms next to mine were empty, on the ground floor with balconies and glass doors, so it was clear the interior could be seen.
