Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
The service was very good, the breakfast, though simple, was very tasty, and the whole team was friendly and kind; the bed was comfortable, the blanket warm, and the pillows soft. The TV had smudges on the picture and the bathroom had no shower box, causing a lot of splashing, and the room fan was impossible to use.

The staff were attentive and helpful, the hotel was clean, the breakfast matched the price point and the French bread was fresh and crunchy, and the shower was great with plenty of hot water. The room was noisy, I missed hangers in the wardrobe and a towel hook, and I spent most of the time without internet because the Wi‑Fi signal was almost non‑existent on the top floor (a signal repeater should fix that). The sheets could fit the mattress better and the bed should have a duvet. I heard pigeons cooing directly from the balcony on the top floor, so check if there’s a pigeon nest there. I don’t remember seeing on Booking that there are four floors without an elevator.

The room looked new and renovated, the bed was comfortable. It was dirty, dusty, the sink had “little holes” scattered around, and the bed was covered with a shabby old sheet.

The room was comfortable and the air conditioning was cool. The parking gate was always open; in São Paulo it could be kept closed.
