The whole package was simply a 1+ with a star worth it; so much warmth and friendliness from every staff member and the boss that we, Berliners, are not used to it; the equipment was assembled with love and quality, we felt very comfortable around us, and any inquiry was answered promptly and satisfactorily; we will gladly return.
