“Good stay”
The service from Swapnil was really great, but honestly, the price was a bit steep. Still, Swapnil made our stay enjoyable.
“Relaxing, beautiful, comfortable stay”
The view, location, and pool were all amazing, and the beds were really comfy. The staff were friendly, but sometimes a bit too keen to check in on us - and then when we actually needed them, they were nowhere to be found.

Our stay was amazing - the food was exceptional, and the staff, especially Satendra, Rini, Ashish, Sinesh, and Hlutei, were so helpful and caring. George and Christie at reception were great too. It was a really relaxing getaway, and we'd definitely come back.
“Don’t pay any advance above what you will use, you won’t get refunded the difference if my experience is the norm”

But, I had a bit of a problem with the management - they'd taken a deposit for a bunch of rooms for a class reunion, and then refused to give it back after the reunion, trying to get me to use it as a voucher instead.
“Very cool and comfy with great value for money”
We've been to this resort twice now, and I think it's a great value - the rooms are similar to 5-star hotels, but way cheaper. The staff are super friendly and the service is top-notch. We did have some issues with noise from carpentry work, but the manager sorted us out with a suite right away.
