The beach was close enough. No other comments.

The room was near the beach, the toilet water was strong because it was on the third floor, Wi‑Fi was good, and it was close to bars that weren't great, but near the Hoàng Hoa Thám food line with famous spots like Lẩu cá duối bà 6, Hoàng Minh, Bánh Bông lan Trứng Muối, Bánh canh bề bề, and Katinat CF. I had to arrive exactly at my booking time; arriving early led the staff to suggest canceling the booking on the app to get early check‑in, even though I had called beforehand and they promised to arrange it. No one protected my rights. The room was small, quite old, with a worn mattress and a pillow that still smelled of sweat. The price was high for the standard. Hot water was only available when few people used it; otherwise it was almost never hot. The door had a gap, so it wasn't soundproof, depending on how loud the hallway was. Housekeeping entered the room daily without my request, so I had to keep my belongings tidy and be careful to avoid trouble. The room was prone to ants, so I kept leftover food in the hallway trash bin.

Only the beach was close. The room was dirty and stuffy.

I’ll book here again next time. The room was fine and looked out onto the beach next to the sand. I especially liked the fish balls, fried rice paper, grilled soybean milk, and other tasty snacks sold right outside the front door.
